Mifa Aluminium continues to grow as a specialist in delivering precision extrusion solutions

With new machinery, international growth, and a strong focus on sustainable production, Mifa is responding to the changing aluminium market

Mifa sees significant growth opportunities in the aluminium market and, through its combination of precision extrusion, vertical integration, and sustainability, is increasingly positioning itself as a reliable partner for the development of complex aluminium profiles, components, and products.

Mifa continues to build the future of tomorrow

From its headquarters in Venlo, Mifa continues to invest in new machinery, additional capacity, and broader technical capabilities, ranging from precision extrusion to machining and surface treatment. In addition, we are currently constructing a brand-new facility that will house Europe’s most advanced and sustainable surface treatment line.

With these investments, we demonstrate that even in challenging times, we remain committed to innovation and expansion, enabling us to serve our customers in the best possible way.

Flexible extrusion diameters from 3 to 180 mm

At Mifa, we distinguish ourselves through precision, flexibility, and specialized extrusion capabilities. Our presses process profiles ranging from 3 mm to 180 mm in diameter, with dimensional tolerances as tight as 0.02 mm. This unique combination makes Mifa particularly well suited for customers requiring highly precise profiles, where tight tolerances and custom-engineered solutions are essential.

Through continuous investment, we continue to expand our production capacity, ensuring that we can provide the volume, flexibility, and reliability our customers need, even as demand continues to grow.

“At Mifa, we talk about The Power of Precision. But our strength lies not only in precision, but also in our technical expertise and our ability to think alongside our customers. We see a clear trend in which more and more companies are looking for a partner that can fully support and unburden them throughout the process. Mifa plays a strong role in this, particularly for customers seeking high-end solutions where extrusion, CNC machining, and surface treatments are seamlessly integrated. Thanks to our vertical integration, customers benefit from a single point of contact, one consistent quality standard, and reduced logistical complexity.”
