Euro Heat Pipes (EHP) and Mifa strengthen long-term collaboration

Since the founding of Euro Heat Pipes (EHP), a strong and long‑standing partnership has been developing between EHP and Mifa. EHP develops highly specialized thermal control systems based on heat pipe technology, which are used in space applications, including the OneWeb satellite constellation. OneWeb enables global internet access, even in the most remote areas of the world.

Our collaboration

“Our cooperation goes back 25 years,” says Rob Classens, Key Account Manager at Mifa. For a long time, Mifa has been responsible for producing the complex aluminum extrusion components used in these systems. Driven by increasing market demand and a shared ambition to further consolidate the supply chain; the two companies have now entered into a long‑term agreement. Under this agreement, Mifa will not only supply the extrusion profiles, but will also take care of machining and surface treatment, providing a fully integrated solution.
