Like other alloys in the 7xxx series, the EN AW-7022 aluminum alloy is exceptionally strong. This alloy is known for its excellent machinability and can be milled effortlessly.

The alloy is wear-resistant without a coating and offers good fatigue properties. Due to its strength, it is widely used in the defense and aerospace industries, making it one of the aerospace grade alloys we offer at Mifa.
