Mifa has received this award due to a combination of strong results and distinctive initiatives. We were rewarded for our low employee turnover and high volume of training and development hours, among other things.

A different way of translating our culture to the world
What was particularly highlighted by Stéphane Simonetta (CEO of Aalberts) is how we demonstrated in 2025 what our culture truly stands for. In particular, we were praised for the events surrounding our 50th anniversary, including:

- A unique event for our customers, partners and suppliers
- The way we translate our brand identity and Aalberts’ brand identity to our employees
