In our assembly department, we assemble components into semi-finished or complete products. These often involve Mifa components and components supplied by the client or purchased externally. This allows us to assemble the profiles we produce into complete end products.
What is applicable to our extrusion and machining is also applies to our assembly: we do it with great precision.
Complete end product thanks to assembly
Mifa prefers to deliver a complete component. This is why we also perform other processes in-house, such as assembly, bending, sealing, soldering, welding, and masking. With our knowledge and experience, we know how to apply the right technology for each product. Along with machining and surface treatment (please read the respective whitepapers), the other processes enables us to provide the most optimum product. We have many processes and related knowledge in-house. The customer can leave it all to us, and this also means a reduction of logistics operations, which is beneficial to the quality of the final product while also reducing costs.
Assembly and packaging
Through sophisticated design, we extrude in a single operation whenever possible, to keep the need for further processing to a minimum. When it comes to mechanical assembly, we have all the expertise in-house to attach the necessary parts to the product, through riveting and screwing, for example. Assembly is an important service for our customers; because we take care of the assembly, the customer saves time.
We make complete end products, including hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical components. You can also leave the control and testing work on assemblies to us, as well as packaging. We do this according to your specifications and wishes, in accordance with planning, with the right documents and stickers.
