Is robotization only meaningful for large series? We think not!

Mifa specializes in the extrusion of extremely precise and complex profiles. Mifa is often involved at an early stage to develop an optimal profile in collaboration with the customer. With our extrusion presses, we can press customer-specific profiles, including custom designs and volumes. We offer the service of navigating the product lifecycle together with the customer:

• Prototypes;
• Small series;
• Full-scale production quantities.

Mifa also performs additional machining operations on the products. The machining department features a high degree of automation, with many machines being loaded by robots. Typically, automated production processes are associated with projects involving large quantities of the same product. Mifa, however, utilizes the automation philosophy to produce flexibly, reproducibly, and in the best possible quality, from prototypes to entire series. Therefore, robotisation is certainly meaningful even for small series!
